Pearl C. Harder, age 81, of Lansing, Illinois, formerly of Calumet City, Illinois, passed away Sunday, July 13, 1980 at the Community Hospital, Munster. Survivors: one son, Raymond H. (Grenadene) Harder of Lansing; four grandchildren, John R. (Nancy) Harder of Litchfield, Illinois, Mrs. Jill (Brian) Mangold of Dyer, Jeffrey R. (Pamela) Harder of Homewood, Illinois and Mrs. Janna R. (Ronald) Crague of Dyer; six great grandchildren; three sisters, Mrs. Anna Berg of Van Nuys, California, Mrs. Evelyn (George) Connors of Mesa, Arizona and Mrs. Mildred (Vernon) Paulson of Glenwood, Illinois; several nieces and nephews.


Funeral services will be held Wednesday, July 16, 11 a.m. at LaHayne Funeral Home, 5746 Hohman Ave., Hammond with Rev. Karl R. Davies officiating. Burial, Oakland Memory Lanes Cemetery, Dolton, Illinois. Friends may call at the LaHayne Funeral Home, Tuesday 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Memorials may be given to the Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church of Hammond.


Mrs. Harder was a life time resident of the area; life time member of Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church of Hammond; charter member of the Ladies League of the Church.
