Winchester Item.

T.W. Marshall died at his home north of town Tuesday morning of pneumonia aged 75 years. Mr. and Mrs. Marshall returned from Leavenworth last Wenesday where they had gone to attend her brother's funeral (Mr. Taunee) Mr. Marshall contracted a severe cold while there. Not considering himself seriously ill did not call a physician until Monday afternoon. He was one of the old settlers and a man noted for his uprightness and honor in all of his dealings. Mrs. Marshall is condined to her bed with nervous prostrastiion. She has passed through three bereavements inside of two months. First her son D.W. LILLIE, her brother and now her husband. The deepest sympathy is extended to the bereaved family. Besides his family he leaves several sons and daughters and stepsons and brothers and families.
