A Memorial Service honoring the life of Mrs. Biffle will be at 4PM, Thursday, December 15, 2022, in the Memory Chapel of New Albany Funeral and Cremation Care with Bro. Doc Shelton officiating. Visitation will be from 2PM until time of service.
Ms. Biffle was born July 6, 1951, in Pontotoc to the late Byron and Lola May Thompson Otts. She was a graduate of the Pontotoc City School system and was a valued employee of Action Industries in the payroll department for 20 years.
A Christian, Mrs. Biffle, or "Mamaw Rita" as known to her beloved grandchildren, was a very family oriented, happy loving lady. She loved animals and especially adored her canine pets, Beau, Zoey, Angel, and Corky, that preceded her. Some of her favorite past times included all the Home Shopping Networks, her love of being around people and playing bingo that brought her much joy.
Those left to cherish her memories include two sons, Ben Pitts and Len Pitts (Melinda) of Rudolph, two sisters, Dale Jolly of Blue Springs, Robbie Wilder of Ecru, one brother, Lamar Otts (Lynda) of Belden and three grandchildren, Alexis, Elizabeth and Benjamin Pitts.
Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 25 years, Tony Biffle and her brother-in-law, Tim Wilder.
The family requests that memorials be directed to Gods House of Hope, P.O. Box 393, Nettleton, MS 38858.
