Frances C. Spencer, Age 93 of West Long Ave. died Monday, February 18, 2008 at the DuBois Nursing Home.

Born on April 6, 1914 in DuBois, PA she was the daughter of the late William A. and Alma (Pearson) Lehner.

She was married to Joseph A. Taylor, Sr. he preceded her in death on December 13, 1973.On October 24, 1975 she married Ronald "Ramsey" Spencer. He preceded her in death on October 19, 2003.

She was a homemaker.

She was a member of St. Catherine of Siena Roman Catholic Church where she was a member of the Altar and Rosary Society. She was a volunteer at many Red Cross blood mobiles and was a member of the DuBois Lioness Club.

She is survived by a son (Joseph Taylor of Buffalo, MO) 3 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, 2 brothers(William & John Lehner) and a 2 sisters (Josephine Richer & Ruth Boring).

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 20, 2008 from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. at the Goble-Baronick Funeral Home.

The rosary will be prayed on Wednesday, February 20, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. by the members of the Altar & Rosary Society.

A scriptural wake service will be held on Wednesday afternoon at 3:30 p.m. from the funeral home.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, February 21, 2008 at 10 a.m. from St. Catherine of Siena Roman Catholic Church with Msgr. Richard Siefer as celebrant.

Burial will follow in Morningside Cemetery.
