Mocha was obtained in Philadelphia in a police raid. She was then placed in a high kill shelter. She was fortunate enough to be pulled by All 4 Paws Rescue. She was then placed in a foster home in Manayunk, PA. Her photo appeared on Facebook, where her adoptive mother, Debra Grosso Noce saw her. She was then adopted and moved into 255 Painter Road in Media, Middletown Township, PA. After that, she moved to Ocean View, DE, then into Millville by the Sea in Millville, Sussex County, Delaware.
She was a quirky character. She shared her home with Romeo, Tink and a few cats. She was very fond of Enzo the cat, who she would groom.
She was much loved by her mother, Debbie.
Nobody knew her actual date of birth due to getting moved around after the police raid. The rescue estimated her to be between 4 and 6 years old in April of 2012. She resided with her loving adoptive family for almost 11 years.
She was under the weather for a few days, and was taken to Pets ER in Salisbury, Maryland. She had kidney failure and an internal mass. She passed that Christmas Eve.
She was beloved, and left a heartbroken adoptive mother, Debbie.
