Elmer Alfred Robinson was born on April 3, 1868 in Kirksville, Missouri and passed away in Eureka on August 19, 1962.
He was united in marriage to Stella Dukes in 1901 to this union were born two sons and two daughters. In 1915 he was married to Mary Agness Ford to this union were born eight children. When he was 16 years of age he moved to Oklahoma. When 19, he moved to Virgil, Kansas and in 1929 he moved to Eureka where he had resided until the time of his death.
His parents, two brothers three sisters and four grandchildren preceded him in death.
Surviving are three daughters, Violet Ray of Hayward, California, Veda Reynolds of Arkansas , and Meredith Denner of Eureka; three sons, Henry Robinson of Oakland California, Earl Robinson and Elmer Alfred Robinson both of Eureka, two sisters Mrs. H. H. Loveland of Virgil and Mrs. Lee Pennington of Eureka; 32 grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral service, conducted by the Reverend R. F. Schaechteie was held from the Baird Funeral Home on Wednesday, August 22, 1962 at 2:00p.m. Interment was in Greenwood Cemetery.
