Reed Wilson Ballard, our cherished son, brother, uncle, grandson, cousin and friend, passed away Friday, Feb. 15, 2008.
Funeral: 6 p.m. Tuesday at Shady Oaks Baptist Church in Hurst, Dr. Gary Frazier and the Rev. Ronnie Marriett officiating. Visitation: The family will receive friends 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at Lucas Funeral Home in Hurst.
Reed was born on Aug. 7, 1987, in Fort Worth. He was a joy to his family. Reed attended Shady Oaks Elementary, Bedford Junior High, L.D. Bell High and Gateway Academy.
Reed loved his friends and family and they loved him.
Reed was preceded in death by his grandparents, Arthur and Mae Ballard; his aunts, Frances Ballard George, Shirley Stelzer; cousin, Wade Wynn; uncles, Tommy and Dickey Smith; great-aunt, Virginia Ballard.
