My dad was a hard worker all his life! From working in the fields in Alabama to helping build part of Chicago O'Hara Airport and many jobs in between.
He worked until he retired from New City Ice Company later becoming Lang City Ice in East Chicago, Indiana.
He married Rosemary Biagi on July 28, 1962 and together that had 2 children: Jimmie (Alicia) and Nancy (John).
At the time of his death he had 5 grandchildren James, Daniel, Marci, Anthony and Marc and 3 great grandchildren Sean, Wyatt and Oliver.
He was the best father, grandfather, great grandfather and father in law with the biggest heart for his family that we could ever dream of having. We were truly blessed to have in our lives and will be in our hearts forever.
Jimmie also enjoyed helping to coach little league with Club Ki Yowga in East Chicago, Indiana in the 1970s when his son Jimmie played.
He always enjoyed watching westerns especially John Wayne and listening to his favorite country singers, Johnny Cash and Waylon Jennings.
After his retirement in 2005 he and Rosemary moved to the country were they were inseparable, they were married 60 years.
Rest in peace dad!
