Victoria Rose (Valgora) Anderson, age 78, passed away peacefully at home in Omaha, Nebraska, on December 28, 2022. She was born September 4, 1944 to Raymond and Daphne (Houghton) Valgora in Omaha. Vicki lovingly taught elementary students for over 50 years, finishing her career at Elkhorn Public Schools as a Reading Specialist. Her vivacious personality & enthusiasm won over many reluctant readers in and out of the classroom. Vicki was a sassy redhead like her mother. She loved to sing and to laugh with her family & friends. She was very generous, always helping anyone in need. Her nieces and nephews and their families held a special place in her heart.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by spouse, Howard Anderson; brothers, Valgene and Reginald Valgora and nephew, Joseph Valgora.
Vicki is survived by sisters-in-law, Judy and Karen Valgora; nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and many loving friends.
