On March 20, 1888, she and John Wesley Van Druff were united in marriage. Two sons were born to them, John Wesley, who died in infancy, and Cornelius, who survives her.
Her husband preceded her in death on June 11, 1929.
She passed away quietly, at ten o'clock Thursday morning, February 1, 1940.
She is survived by her son, Cornelius Van Druff, his wife and her five grandchildren, one sister, Mrs. J. W. Rice of Lebo, and a number of nieces and nephews, together with many friends.
Other members of the family who have preceded her were four brothers, Jesse Henry, Christian, Franklin and Charles, and three sisters, Zenorah, Florence and Susan.
Mrs. Van Druff was a charter member of the Alcione Chapter Number 256, Eastern Star, which was organized May 12, 1904, being the first Martha of the chapter.
