He was a member of Co. B, 13th Regiment, M. S. G. He was employed by the Geo. E. Belcher Last Co. Private Green entered the service August 15, 1918, and was assigned as a student to Franklin Union, Boston
Taken ill with influenza September 17,1918 he was sent to St. Elizabeth's Hospital, where he died September 25. He was buried September 29 in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Stoughton.
