Glen H. Amos, Jr. was born on June 9, 1936 in Greenwood, Missouri to Glen H. and Alma (Johnson) Amos. He passed away on January 5, 2023 in Little Rock, Arkansas at the age of 86. He worked as a barber and dairyman. He was also a United States Navy Veteran and an avid gardener.

He is preceded in death by his parents, his former wife, Miriam Droz Amos, and his sister, Ruth Marshall.

He is survived by his sons, Michael Amos and wife, Kristen of Maryland and John Glen (Jack) Amos of Lamar, Arkansas; his daughters, Deborah Pratt and husband, Doug of Lamar, Arkansas and Gina Remer and husband, S. Jason of Virginia; his former wife, Ronella Roberts; his 11 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation is from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m., Thursday, January 12, 2023 at the Hardwicke Funeral Home Chapel in Clarksville, Arkansas.

Funeral Services are 10 a.m., Friday, January 13, 2023 at the Hardwicke Funeral Home Chapel with S. Jason and J. Scott Remer officiating. Burial will follow at Minnow Creek Cemetery in Lamar, Arkansas. Pallbearers are Jordon (Jody) Melson, J. Scott Remer, J. David Remer, J. Wesley Remer, Ryan Parker, Jack Snow, and Brad Snow.
