Daughter of Andrew and Sarah (Pettit) Bayard. Baptized at the Presbyterian Church in Abington, Montgomery County, Pa on May 1, 1808. Wife of Dr. Josiah Stewart.

Originally interred in the Hodge-Bayard family vault in the Second Presbyterian Church burial ground, and removed to Laurel Hill cemetery when the churchyard was cleared.
