"Albert Lee Rice, 46, air traffic controller for the Fwderal Aviation Agency, Jacksonville, Fla., and a resident of 1812 18th Ave., Gulfport, for nine years, died at 11 a.m. Friday at Keesler Air Force Base Hospital. Mr. Rice, born Aurora, Ill., on Nov . 10, 1919, retired in 1962 as a staff sergeant first class with the U.S. Army. He was a Baptist and a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Norma R. Rice, Gulfport; three daughters, Mrs. Bobbie Robicheaux, Mrs. Linda Wilkinson, and Miss Sylvia Rice, Gulfport; his father, Luther E. Rice, Aurora; and one sister, Mrs. Eddie Fitzpatrick, Galveston, Tex. Friends may call at Riemann Funeral Home, Gulfport, after 4: 30 p.m. today. The funeral service will be held Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the chapel with Chaplain John O. Solano of Keesler AFB officiating. Interment will be in Evergreen Gardens "

"The funeral for Albert Lee Rice 46, who died Friday, was held Sunday afternoon at Riemann Funeral Home in Gulfport with Chaplain John O. Solano of Keesler Air Force Baser and Rev. P. S. Dodge of Providence Baptist Church officiating. Mrs. J. L. Head, organist, played as the prelude, 'My Jesus As Thou Wilt', and as the postlude, 'My Faith Looks Up To Thee'. Interment was in Evergreen Gardens with officers from Keesler Air Force Base as pallbearers."
