Services for Sharon M. Wise, 55, Ottawa, will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Westminster Presbyterian Church, Ottawa. Cremation will follow and inurnment will be later at Highland Cemetery, Ottawa.

Mrs. Wise died Sunday, July 16, 2000, at her home.

She was born July 6, 1945, in Ottawa, the daughter of Eugene K. and Roberta (McAuley) Whitacre. She attended schools in Ottawa.

Mrs. Wise worked in Ottawa at King Radio for more than 13 years and then as a pharmacist's assistant for Kramer Drug Store for more than 10 years before she retired in March 1999.

She was a member of Westminster Presbyterian Church, Ottawa; Over The Road Gang, Ottawa, and High Performance Auto Club, Kansas City, and was a past board member of both auto clubs.

She married John Edward Wise on July 29, 1977, in Ottawa. He survives of the home.

Other survivors include three sons, Timothy Allen Tucker, Garnett; Trever Lee Tucker and Adam Blane Wise, both Ottawa; a daughter, Andrea Leigh (Wise) Hardecki, Kansas City, Mo.; two brothers, Bill E. Whitacre, Ottawa, and Norman E. Murdock, Kent, Wash.; a sister, Imogene (Whitacre) Honn, Ottawa; eight grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
