Obituary.....
Sheryll Dianne Jewell Elqadi, age 69, of Anderson, SC, passed away Thursday, January 19, 2023, at Rainey Hospice House.
Born October 7, 1953, in Meridian, MS, she was a daughter of the late Elmer Jewell and Mary Louise Glisson Sanders. She was also preceded in death by her first husband, Hassan Elqadi.
Sherry was full of life and had a fantastic sense of humor. She was always dressed to the nines and enjoyed a good glass of Pinot Grigio. She loved animals, trivia games and the Clemson Tigers but what she loved the most was her family and friends. To know Sherry was to love her and she will be greatly missed.
She is survived by her husband, Daniel Lowry; daughter, Mandi Elqadi (Chris); son, Brad Elqadi; brothers, Darryl Jewell (Mandy), Craig Jewell (Karen), and Ronald Jewell (Theresa); sisters, Daphne Mackey (Dennis) and Gail Clark; and grandchildren, Bradley Elqadi, Jr. and Brady Hasting.
The funeral service will held Monday, January 23, 2023, at 2:00 pm in the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home with Rev. Sam Duncan officiating. Burial will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park.
