Patricia Ann "Pat" Riggs, 78, passed away on January 19, 2023. She was a registered nurse who retired from Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield. Pat was a wonderful mother and an amazing grandmother who loved her family very much. She was preceded in death by her parents, James S. & Jennie A. Byrd; and a brother, Richard Byrd. Pat leaves to cherish her memories, her daughter, Tracey (Tim) Mattingly; grandsons, Kyle Mattingly and Brandon Mattingly; and brother, James Byrd. Arrangements for Pat will be private.
