She married the love of her life, Donald Hasburgh, on April 23, 1960 and together they enjoyed a life full of square dancing, playing cards, farming, camping and traveling. They built a beautiful, tight-knit family of five children: Jean (Randy) Kleist of Highland, Nancy (Jim) Menke of Highland, Rodney (Kathy) Hasburgh of La Crosse, Amy (Wade) Huseth of Verona and Scott (Jen) Hasburgh of Mt. Horeb; grandchildren: Trent (Heather) Kleist, Jason (Staci) Kleist, Travis (AnnaMarie) Kleist, Adrienne (Bradley) Weigel, Matt (Kari) Menke, Cole Hasburgh, Jamison Huseth, Katie Huseth, Julia Huseth and Nicole Hasburgh; and great grandchildren: Paisley, Kennedy, Willow, Aspen and Porter Kleist and Ava Menke with a sibling on the way. Grace adored her many nieces and nephews including, Michelle (Gina Nelson) Skala, Todd (Candy) Skala, Tim (Kim) Skala, Tom (Wendy) Skala, Jeff (Tracy) Adas and Mike Adas. She is further survived by her siblings: Mary Forseth, Doris Ast, Ted (DeeDee) Yager, Bill Yager, brother-in-law, Joseph Hasburgh and sister-in-law, Marilyn Williamson.
Grace is in heaven dancing with Don and reuniting with her beloved younger sisters, Rita and Joan. However, her memory here is eternal. Grace dedicated her life to benefiting others. She will live on in the hundreds of quilts and afghans she donated to charities, shelters and hospitals. She will be remembered by the innumerable acts of service she provided for her church and the Highland community. Grace's smile and laughter were contagious and healing to anyone blessed to meet her. As her family and friends would say, she was truly Amazing Grace.
