One version of the sexton's record shows this as Mrs. BRITT. The version of the sexton's report published in the local newspaper shows it as Mrs. BRITH. The 1860 Census Mortality Schedule for Muscogee County, Georgia, in the portion also sourced from the sexton record, shows this a male child of BIRTH, aged 1 month. I don't know which of these records is accurate.

Mary Jane Galer's "COLUMBUS, GA: Lists of People, 1828-1852, and Sexton's Reports to 1866" (2000), p. 221, shows: Mrs. BRITT died was buried 15 MAR 1860 (age and cause of death not reported; from "December 1859 - April 1860, Sexton Quarterly Report," dated 30 APR 1860; the sexton was Henry M. HARRIS). . . . . . A list of deaths reported on the 1860 Census Mortality Schedule for Muscogee County shows child BIRTH, male, born in Georgia, died aged 1 month of unknown cause in MAR 1860 (this entry is included in the portion that was sourced from sexton periodic reports).

This grave is evidently not identifiably marked. Based on the burial date, this grave would be in the Old Cemetery section, Section 1, or Section 2 (unless it was subsequently reinterred to another part of the cemetery).
