Judy Darlene Porch Champion, 59, of York, SC passed away on Thursday, November 17, 2022.
The family will receive friends from 2-3 pm on Tuesday, November 22, 2022 at Bratton Funeral Home, 1455 Filbert Hwy York, SC. The funeral service celebrating the life of Darlene will begin at the funeral home at 3 pm with Pastor Randy Thomas officiating. Burial will follow at Lakeview Memory Gardens.
Darlene was born on July 14, 1963 in Gastonia, NC. She was the daughter of the late Paul Thomas Porch and Jewel Womble Porch. She was a member of Gloryland Free Will Baptist Church in Rock Hill, SC. She loved playing the piano and singing, and loved her grandchildren so much. She was a devoted Christian lady with a good heart and enjoyed playing her word games.
Darlene is survived by her husband, Michael Eugene Champion, daughter, Shelley Costner, step-daughter, Amber Elliott (Angel), sister, Paula Gunn (Rick), brother, David Porch (Lori), and four grandchildren: Emily, Mackenzie, Dean, and Yelena.
