Died, at the family residence on the corner of Lawrence and Cleveland avenues, Wednesday, April 20, 1898, at 12:44 p.m. of dyphtheria, William C. Bobbitt, son of Mr. and Mrs. Benjamin A. Bobbitt, aged 17 years, 1 month, and 1 day.
The deceased had been in poor health for some time and death was not unexpected. He leaves besides his parents, two brothers, Clarence and Floyd Bobbitt, both of this city.
The funeral will occur this afternoon at 3 o'clock from the residence and the interment will be made in Oak Ridge cemetery.
