Daughter of Barney Fowler and Perlie Snow Newberry Fowler. She was retired with Southern Bell, after being the first woman to ever work the Frame in the State of Wyoming. She was a member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents; and husband, William Charles Miller. Survivors include her son, Brett S Miller (Cindy) of Acworth; two granddaughters, Kasey McFarland (Adam) of Jasper, and Kelly Partin (Jeff) of Acworth; two great-grandsons, Clay Thomas McFarland and Colt Garrett McFarland - both of Jasper; and great-granddaughter, Afton Snow Partin of Acworth.
