Dale J. Sheaffer, age 83, of Green Park died Friday, August 2, 1991 at his home.
He was born on August 5, 1907, Jackson Township, Perry County, Pa. a son of the late George W. and Whilamina (Neidigh) Sheaffer. Sheaffer was self-employed as a window and screen installer until his death.
He attended the Newport Assembly of God church. He was a member of the Yellow Breeches Association, Boilong Springs; the Ickesburg Sportsmen Club and the Landisburg Ambulance Club.
He is survived by his wife, Evelyn M. (Bollinger) Sheaffer, a daughter, Beverly A. Stengel of Harrisburg; and two sons, Charles D. Sheaffer of Harrisburg, and Charles D. Sheaffer of Mechanicsburg. He is also survived by four grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday in Nickel Funeral Home in Loysville and burial services will be at the Bloomfield Cemetery.
