OREGON-Todd James "Vito" Vitale, age 39, of Oregon, passed away on Friday, Oct. 5, 2018. He was born on Jan. 11, 1979, in Madison, the son of James and Christine (Conners) Vitale. Todd graduated from Oregon High School in 1997. He had a passion for hockey and played for both the Madison Capital's and Oregon High School teams. He was also a proud member of the Italian Workman's Club. Todd is survived by his mother, two brothers; maternal grandfather, aunts and uncles, and several cousins. He was preceded in death by his father, James Lawrence Vitale; paternal grandparents, James and Conchera Vitale and maternal grandmother, Marlene Conners. A funeral service will be held at GUNDERSON FITCHBURG FUNERAL AND CREMATION CARE, 2950 Chapel Valley Rd. Fitchburg, at 7 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 18, 2018. Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. on Thursday. Online condolences may be made at www.gundersonfh.com.
