She was born June 18, 1906, in Springfield, the daughter of William H. and Lillian Moss Sullivan. She married Carl A. Otto in 1927; he preceded her in death in 1994.
Mrs. Otto, a homemaker, was a 1923 graduate of Springfield High School, attended Depauw University and graduated from Northwestern University in 1927.
She was a member of First United Methodist Church, Springfield Women's Club, Springfield Ceramics and Craft Club, Daughters of the American Revolution and Delta Theta Tau Sorority.
Survivors: two sons, Richard H. (wife, Beverly) Otto of Mission Viejo, Calif., and Robert C. Otto of Springfield; four grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
Services: Staab Funeral Home, Dr. Roger Rominger officiating. Burial: Calvary Cemetery.
