Professional footballer and doctor. Cikowski played for the Polish National Team in the 1924 Summer Olympics. A member of the national team from its formation in 1921 until 1924, he played for the Cracovia football club from 1912 to 1925, joining the first team in 1916. Cikowski helped the club win the 1921 Polish Football Championship. Outside of sports, Cikowski also served in the Polish Army, eventually becoming a second lieutenant in the reserve army. He earned his doctorate of medicine from Jagiellonian University in 1925 and worked as a gynecologist and obstetrician. During World War II, Cikowski provided medical aid to he provided medical aid to footballers taking part in the underground sports movement in Krakow.
