Margaret Curry Winters, 77, a retired insurance underwriter, died May 20 at the Mary Conrad Center. A memorial service was held at All Saints Episcopal Church with the Rev. Norman H.V. Elliott, pastor emeritus, officiating. Her ashes were scattered over the Chugach Mountains.
Mrs. Winters was born Nov. 14, 1913, in Graham, N.C.. She is survived by her daughter, Donna Russell of Anchorage; her son, George Webb of St. Petersburg, Fla.; her stepsons, William Jr. of Columbia, S.C., and Carey of Lafayette, Colo.; her sisters, Virginia Hardon of Asheboro N.C.., and Johnsie Kosinski of Justin, Calif.; four grandchildren and one great-grandson. Arrangements were by Evergreen Memorial Chapel West.
