According to his Death Certificate, Claybourne Baker is the son of Claybourne Baker and Fannie (Ethridge) Baker, and he was the husband of Alice ( -- ) Baker when he died at Nashville, Tennessee's Vanderbilt Hospital of a ruptured appendix in 1936.
