R. W. Miller Dies at 63
Forty Fort Man Employed By PP&L for 35 Years Stricken at Work
   Raymond W. Miller, 63, of 29 Snowden Street, Forty Fort, gas foreman at the North Washington Street plant of Pennsylvania Power and Light Company, who was stricken ill yesterday morning at 8:30 while at work, died shortly afterwards at his home. He was taken home by his son, Donald, and died soon after a physician was called.
   Mr. Miller was born in Scranton. He lived in Kingston for many years and for the last 22 years resided Forty Fort. He was employed by Pennsylvania Power and Light Company for 35 years.
   Deceased was a member of Masonic Lodge 468, Free and Accepted Masons of Wyoming and was past master of the lodge. He also was a member of Caldwell Consistory, Bloomsburg, and was a deacon at Stella Presbyterian Church, Forty Fort.
   Surviving are his wife, May; son, Donald R. Miller of Wilkes-Barre; two daughters, Mrs. Richard Jenkins of Wilmington, Del.; Mrs. Robert Beck of Philadelphia; also two sisters, Mrs. Florence Harvey of Wilkes-Barre; Mrs. Julius Reischki, Boston Harbor, Mich.; two brothers, Richard of Wilkes-Barre and Robert of California.
   Funeral will be held from the Hugh B. Hughes Funeral Home, 1044 Wyoming Avenue, Forty Fort, Saturday afternoon at 2. Rev. Paul Keppel of Stella Presbyterian Church will officiate. Interment will be in Forty Fort Cemetery. Friends may call tonight and Friday night 7 to 10.
