James Perrin, 34, a former Deming resident, died in the prison riot last weekend at the New Mexico State Penitentiary. He was born 10 Dec. 1945 in Deming.
Graveside services were conducted at Mountain View Cemetery.
He was survived by his mother, Clara Perrin of Danvers, MA; two children, James Delbert Perrin and Donna Christine Perrin, both of Winfield, LA and two sisters, Betty Gene Nadeau of Howland, Maine, and Brenda Joyce Auld of Fort Huachuca, AZ.
