Mrs. Elsie M. Chaffin, age 92 of Horton, passed away Monday, February 27, 2023. Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, March 1, 2023 at 1:00 pm in the chapel of Adams Brown Service Funeral Home, with Brother Dan Floyd officiating. The family will receive friends and loved ones at 12:00 pm till the time of service, and burial will follow at Marshall Memorial Gardens.
Mrs. Chaffin is survived by her son Lind Chaffin (Charlotte Busha); daughter Melinda Vines; chosen daughter Mary Jo Pankey; 4 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents Jim and Zonie Medlock; husband John F. Chaffin; sister Estelle Eubanks; and brother Newman Medlock.
Pallbearers will include Joseph Murdock, Eric Duncan, Hunter Duncan, Haiden Duncan, Adam Hendrix, and Charlie Garrett.
