Born in St Vincent's Hospital, Staten Island NY 26 March 1950. Brought up from age 2 in Great Kills and attended PS#8 later Tottenville HS and Curtis HS. Served in US Marine Corps attained rank of Corporal, Honorable Discharge. Worked for Proctor & Gamble as a third generation employee, preceded by his paternal Grandfather & Father. Michael was a lifelong Sports enthusiast enjoying Football particularily and playing from childhood through adult age. A generous and outgoing individual lifelong with numerous friends and loved by his family and many friends. Michael died of Cancer after a lengthy illness in Columbia Hospital on 5 January 1983. A Funeral Mass was celebrated at St Clares RC Church, Great Kills, S.I. By Fr Eugene Hicks, parish priest whom knew Michael from childhood. Fr Hicks gave the Eulogy and followed with the burial at Ocean View Cemetery.
Michael was survived by his parents and his two brothers.
