A native of Charleston, SC, she was a graduate of the Washington College of Law. She was the widow of William W Fuller of Charleston.
Since her retirement from Government service, Mrs Fuller had made her home with her brother and a daughter, Mrs Worthington Miner of New York. She also is survived by a son, William W Fuller of Pine, Colo. and five grandchildren.
