David M Weir, 84, of Peshtigo, WI passed away on Tuesday, March 7, 2023, at Meadowbrook in Oconto Falls, WI. He was born on August 4, 1938, to the late Stanley and Adelaide (Gregy) Weir Sr. in Marinette, WI.

He graduated from high school in 1956 from Ontonagon, MI and went on to serve his country in the United States Army.

On July 23, 1965, Dave married Sandra Bundy in Menominee; she preceded him in death on June 4, 2017.

He had worked as a farm helper, mechanic on the ferry to Mackinaw Island, but most of his career he drove semi; working many years for Stang.
Dave was a member of the Teamsters Union, American Legion Post 312, Northern Aces Flying Club, and the NEW Radio Control Club. He also volunteered his time with the EAA KidVenture.

Dave is survived by his son Jimmy Weir of Green Bay, WI;
daughters: Jody (Chuck) Gray of Florida; Jeri (Jim) Kornfehl of Milwaukee, WI and Jackie Weir of De Pere, WI;
grandchildren: Alyssa (Patrick) Karr-Hardie, Courtney (fiancé, Noah Lindemann) Gray and Nathan (fiancé, Rachel Barbòn) Gray, and Jenna (fiancé, Noah Harrison) Weir, and her mom, Melissa;
great grandson Hunter Harrison and one on the way in August;
brother Warren Joseph Weir;
special nephew Gary Gremmer;
and many other nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents and wife Sandy, he was preceded in death by brothers: Elliot and Stanley and sister Gloria Gremmer.

Per David's wishes no services will be held. Burial will be in Peshtigo Riverside Cemetery.
