In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one daughter, Reba Sue Johnston and his first wife, Lorene (Stephens) Bastin. He is survived by his wife Mary Elizabeth (Breece) Bastin of Hohenwald, his son and daughter in law, Jerry Wayne and Jean Bastin of Medina, TN., his step son and wife, Jim and Angela Milan of Hohenwald, TN., three granddaughters and their husbands; Lesa and Tyson Smith of Antioch, TN. and Lori and Lewis Pinhal of Hermitage, TN., and Patricia and Shad Adams of Fairview, TN., two grandsons and their wives; Eric and Mitzi Bastin of Muscatine, IA, and Shawn and Allison Bastin of Tampa, FL., also eight great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
