He was born on October 2, 2006, to Yovani Abrego and Vivian Sevilla in Liberal, Kansas.
Geovany was a Sophomore at Liberal High School. He was a loving son and an angel for many. Geovany was an inspiration for many with an amazing smile, and bright eyes lit up the room. He was a hard worker and never paused to lend a helping hand. Geovany was very brave even as he went into this operation. Never once did he say he was scared. He was very respectful to those around him and a great friend. Geovany was very easy to love and will be missed by many. Although his time with us was short, he changed our lives forever, and with us he will always be.
He is survived by his mother, Vivian Avalos, step-father, Alfredo Avalos,
Father, Yovani Abrego, brothers, Alfredo Avalos Jr., and Alfonso Avalos, and sister, Avery Cooper.
He is preceded in death by his grandmother, Lorenza Subillaga.
