DETJEN, Dale Arthur
of Tehachapi and the Antelope Valley area. Born Nov. 5, 1954, to Walter and Patti Detjen. Passed away Friday, Feb. 29, 2008. He is survived by his wife Carolyn Detjen, parents Walter and Patti Detjen, children, Leyla and Michael Detjen, grandchildren Celine, Chandler and Haiden Detjen. Also survived by his brother, Joel (Kelley) Detjen, sisters, Chris (Ron) Davenport and Jennifer Detjen. Uncle to Jay, Geneva and Carlye. He was a dedicated L.A. County Deputy Sheriff to the community for over 25 years. He also served in the Air Force. He was a loving devoted son, husband, father, brother, uncle and Papa. He was a strong believer in his faith. He is preceded in death by his daughter Alyx A. Detjen. He will be missed, loved and in our hearts by all his family and friends. Service will be held at 2 p.m., Saturday, March 8, 2008, at Lancaster Baptist Church, 4020 E. Lancaster Blvd. In lieu of flowers, please send condolences to the Detjen family
