Finkes, Darlene (nee Mullen), age 81, baptized into the hope of Christ's resurrection, Friday, March 24, 2023. She was born in St. Louis, a daughter of Charles and Cleo (nee Scott) Mullen. Darlene was a graduate of Rosati-Kain High School, a long time Administrative Assistant at Community School, and an active member of Ascension Catholic Church.

She was the beloved wife of Robert William "Bob" Finkes, who preceded her in death December 23, 2022; the dear mother of Robert C. (Mary) Finkes, Michele (Reno) Brown, Laura (Stanley) Naeger, and Kate (Carl) Mazzola; loving grandmother of Jessica Finkes, Nicole (Donald) Schmidt, Alex and Anna Brown, Emily and Adam Naeger, and Tony, Nick, and Jolena Mazzola; proud great-grandmother of Aubrey, Owen, and Brody Schmidt; dear sister of Sharon (Dick) Bentle, Margie (Ron) Krentz, Linda Syron, and Christine (Brad) Vishion; and sister-in-law of John (Vickie) Finkes.

Services: Funeral Mass at Ascension Catholic Church, Chesterfield, Wednesday, April 5 at 10:00 a.m. The family will receive friends at the church one hour prior to Funeral Mass from 9 - 10 a.m. A luncheon will follow the Mass at the Ascension Parish Hall. Interment Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery
