He moved to Homosassa, Florida in 1991 from Hazard, KY. He was a retired District Supervisor for the State of Kentucky, Department of Mining and Minerals. Albert was a Christian and member of the First Baptist Church of Homosassa. His hobbies were mowing, boating, and antique cars. A member of the Citrus County Cruisers, Citrus A's club, Buick Club of America, Florida Packard Club, a Kentucky Colonial, and was a driver for the Riverhaven crime watch.
