Helen Louise Eads Lail, age 95, of Lenoir passed away Saturday, March 25, 2023, at her residence.
She was born May 29, 1927, in Rockingham County, NC to the late James Albert Eads and Lula Ann Lawson Eads.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Carroll Willard Lail.
Left to cherish her memories are one daughter, Debra Estes of Lenoir; two sons, Charles Lail and Gary Lail and wife Carolyn, both of Lenoir; four grandchildren, Monica O'Quinn and husband Shane of Hudson, Amy Estes Hensley and husband Chad of Lenoir, Ginger Estes Harrell and husband Shawn of Valdese, and Rick Lail and wife Lisa of Taylorsville; eleven great-grandchildren, Amber Faulkner, Tank and Levi Williams, Nikki Mosteller, Cooper O'Quinn, Landon, Kurt, Seth, Morgan, and Avery Hensley, and Bailey Lail; and two great-great-grandchildren, Aubree Faulkner and Callie Mosteller.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, March 28, 2023, at 2:00 P.M. at St. Stephens Lutheran Church and conducted by Rev. Dan Duke. Interment will immediately follow at Blue Ridge Memorial Park. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from 1:00 to 2:00 P.M. at the church. Serving as pallbearers will be Tank Williams, Levi Williams, Landon Hensley, Kurt Hensley, Daniel Faulkner, and Alston Mosteller. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Stephens Lutheran Church, 1406 Harper Ave, Lenoir, NC 28645.
