Glen Ernest Carter died peacefully, with his twin brother, niece, and nephew by his side, at Royal Victoria Hospital in Barrie, on November 24, 2022. Son of the late Roy and Rose Carter. Partner to the late Madelaine Groves. Brother to the late Roy Carter Jr. and the late Mary May Tomlinson. Survived by a brother, a sister, and a brother-in-law.
