Timothy J. Eipp, 48, of Jamesville, died Saturday peacefully and unexpectedly at home. Tim was born in Syracuse and was a graduate of LaFayette High School and Herkimer County Community College. Tim worked for Onondaga County with theWater & Environmental Protection Agency for the past two years and previously worked with the Onondaga County Transportation Department for 24 years. Tim was an avid sports fan and a loving son, brother, uncle and friend to many. Tim was predeceased by his loving mother, Maureen A. Kelly, in 1992. He leaves behind to cherish his memory his father, Kenneth C. (Donna) Eipp of Woodgate; three brothers, Robert (Lisa) of Nedrow, and Terrance and Michael Eipp, both of Syracuse; three sisters, Katharine (Donald) Moody of LaFayette, Kristine (James) Aldrich of Cortland and Marianne (Timothy) Hunt of New Woodstock. Tim was a caring and compassionate uncle to six nieces and seven nephews. Tim's constant love for his family will be greatly missed. Services will be 10 a.m. Thursday at Ballweg & Lunsford Funeral Home, Inc., LaFayette. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, DeWitt. Calling hours will be 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, 2584 Field Lane. Contributions may be made to the Arthur "Tubby" Jones Memorial Scholarship Fund, c/o LaFayette Central Schools District Office, 5955 Route 20 West, LaFayette, NY 13084.
