Mr. Souder was born June 11, 1967, in Williamstown, Kentucky.
Donald was formerly employed in the food service industry.
Survivors include his sister, Patricia (Gary) Petrey of Columbus and a brother, Steven B. Souder of Columbus.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Linda Lee Souder.
In keeping with Donald's wishes, cremation will take place. No services are planned at this time.
His cremated remains will be laid to rest next to his mother at Rest Haven Cemetery.
