Anchorage resident Suzanne Alma Wallin, 92, died June 15 at home. Visitation was at First Presbyterian Church, 616 W. 10th Ave., with a funeral following. Dr. David Bleivik officiated. Interment followed at Angelus Memorial Park Cemetery.

Mrs. Wallin was born June 28, 1901, in Spring Valley, Minn., and moved to Anchorage in 1951. She was an active member of First Presbyterian Church. She donated a Hammond organ to the church in memory of her deceased husband, Edward. Mrs. Wallin was an honored lady and life member of the Alaska Court #1 Order of the Amaranth. She had been a member of Chugach Rebekah Lodge No. 10 since 1957 and served as Noble Grand twice and District Deputy President in 1981. She also attended assemblies in Washington state several times. Mrs. Wallin received the "Declaration of Chivalry," the highest honor for the Rebekah Organization in Spokane, Wash. She was also a member of the Order of Eastern Star Chapter #8 for more than 25 years. Her family said: "She was a devoted and loving mother and grandmother and an exceptional homemaker, cook and baker and will be dearly missed by her family."

Mrs. Wallin is survived by two daughters, Janet Knight of Anchorage and Suzanne Costa of Santa Clara, Calif.; six grandchildren, Bradley Knight, Brenda Ostlund, Belynda Armstrong, Deborah Graham, Edward Costa and Mark Costa; and eight great-grandchildren. Arrangements were handled by Kehl's Forest Lawn Mortuary and Crematory.
