Mary Dean (Jackson) Agee, 87, of Mount Pleasant, TX passed from this life to her Eternal Home on Friday, April 14, 2023, at her residence in Mount Pleasant, TX. She was born on January 22, 1936 in Mount Pleasant, TX to William Alfred Jackson and Millie Belle (Brown) Jackson.
Mary was of the Methodist faith. Prior to her retirement, she worked many years as an aide for Jordan Healthcare. She enjoyed gardening and tending to her flowers and watching the birds in her yard.
In addition to her parents, Mary is preceded in death by her husband, Carl Shelton Agee; son, Everett Barnett Agee; sisters, Clarene Bunch and Anna Faver; and brothers, Kenneth Jackson and Donald Ray Jackson.
Left to cherish Mary's memory is her loving family: son, Andre Agee of Mount Pleasant, TX; son and daughter-in-law, John Daniel & Lisa Agee of Lake Arrowhead, CA; grandchildren: Rory Agee and Seamus Agee of Lake Arrowhead, CA; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Mary was laid to rest on Saturday, April 15, 2023, at Nevill's Chapel Cemetery under the direction of Bates-Cooper-Sloan Funeral Home.
