Velma L. Loman, died Sept. 19, 1993, at Excelsior Springs Convalescent Center, where she lived. Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at the Pleasant Valley Baptist Church, 6816 Church Road; burial in Hillcrest Cemetery, Friends may call from 7 to 8 p.m. today at the Prichard Chapel. Mrs. Loman was born in Franklin County, Ill., and moved to this area in 1972. She was a nurses aid at the Excelsior Springs Medical center. She was a member of the church. Survivors include four sons, William H. Loman, Japan, James C. Loman, Pleasant Valley, Robert W. Loman and Joseph D. Loman of Excelsior Springs; two daughters, Sue Green, Excelsior Springs and Rebecca Boykin, San Rafael, Calf.; a brother, Kenneth Gulley, Valier, Ill. and Nolan Gulley, Benton, Ill.; four sisters, Hattie McCormick, Mobile, Ala., Ruth Loman, Opdyke, Ill., Betty Loman, Elkville, Ill., and Earlene Burlison, West Frankfort, Ill.; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
