Amy Leslie, 46, residing in Sandusky, passed away Thursday, April 27, 2023 at Firelands Regional Medical Center after a brief illness.
She was born on January 18, 1977 in Sandusky to Luann (Leslie) Peters.
She was employed as a Supervisor at Red Lobster, Sandusky. In her spare time, she enjoyed crafts, animals, cooking, thrift shopping, joking and laughing. She enjoyed spending time with her family, friends and pets.
In addition to her mother, Amy is survived by her son Xayvion Bridges, Sandusky; her daughter Kharis Cole, Sandusky; her stepfather Charles Peters, Sandusky; her sisters Julia Leslie of Pittsboro, Indiana and Carrie Henry, Sandusky; her brother Chad (Melanie) Leslie of Sandusky; her dogs Asher and Caesar; three nephews, two nieces and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and many special friends.
Amy is preceded in death by her maternal grandparents and her fur baby, Lola.
Friends may call on Sunday, May 7, from 1 p.m. at First Faith Community Church, 225 East Jefferson Street until time of Celebration of Life at 3 p.m. Pastor John Apple will officiate. Groff Funeral Homes and Crematory, 1607 East Perkins Avenue, Sandusky, is assisting the family with arrangements. Burial in the Meadow Green Memorial Park in Sandusky.
