Services held yesterday for Paradise resident John "Jack" Francis Quinn, who died Sunday, Dec. 22, 1996. He was 84.
Mr. Quinn was born on Aug. 3, 1912, in San Francisco to John and Charlotte Quinn. He served in U.S. military during World War II. After 40 years working as a painter, he retired and moved to Paradise from Oakland 20 years ago. He was a member of the Local No. 3 Painters Union.
Mr. Quinn is survived by his niece Beverly Johnson and several great nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his sister Adeline Burdick.
Burial was in Paradise Cemetery. Paradise Chapel of the Pines handled arrangements.
