MONROE, June 23. -- Mrs. Lottie Blair, widow of S. O. Blair, died at her home on West Franklin street this morning at 10 o'clock. She was 63 years old and had been ill for several weeks. She was one of Monroe's beloved citizens. She is survived by two children, Mrs. Sumpter Lawton of Greenville, S. C., and Ike Blair of this city.
Funeral services will be conducted from the Blair home tomorrow afternoon at 4 o'clock. The service will be in charge of Rev. W. B. S. Chandler of the First Presbyterian church and pastor of the deceased. Interment will be in the Monroe cemetery.
