Carrie M. McRae, 91, of East Peoria, a former resident at 15th St, Quincy, died Friday in an East Peoria nursing home.
Mrs. McRae was born in Liberty, Adams co. IL, a daughter of David and Mary Hess Goertz.
She married Cloyd C. McRae June 9, 1909, in Quincy, IL. He died April 8, 1974.
She was a former Adams County teacher.
Surviving are a son, Vernon of Brimfield; a daughter, Mrs. Cecil (Veta) Kline of Peoria; five grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. A brother and a sister preceded her in death.
